I've been visiting the outlet on and off for many years and today's dining experience was most likely the final one. After sending the omelette back to be remade due to the slap happy way it was originally made, the second version provided used the previous version's ingredients! Very unprofessional, and showed a lack of respect for both the food and the customer.
