- Cathrin Feltham Added September 09, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just dreadful. My daughter was misdiagnosed at 3 years old while having pneumonia and got very very sick. Now we just use this doctor for close by non urgent scripts etc. My husband had a phone consult at 9 this morning which got shifted to 12:40. At 2:40 he rang saying he is still waiting and was told he'd get a call in 15 mind. At 3:40 we fronted up in person only to be told that the doctor is not there and makes the calls in between appointments at the hospital!!!!!! Will never ever go here again. Terrible

- Shane Webber Added September 06, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The way the receptionist spoke to my wife when she called to try and rebook an appointment was absolutely disgusting. Obviously the doctors are unaware or don't care because judging by the reviews we are not the only one's to have this experience.
Lucky it's a bulk billing clinic because they likely would have no buisness with that rude and unprofessional individual as the first point of contact.
