  Got my shitzu done today , what a hack job it was. Asked for puppy cut ended up with her shaved too short. Un even all round her body . Hair even not cut properly. She won't leave my side since I picked her up and she's always been independent not worry with out sleeping with me . Now she won't leave my side.
  Do not recommend at all , go to a professional grommer for Ur money .

  Jess and the entire crew of Petbarn cannon hill are amazing!! We came in with our new puppy and Jess gave us the best service, advice and attention. The crate we bought didn’t fit in the car and they organised an Uber to have it delivered. So helpful. Thanks Again

  I have been a customer for a couple of years. Great customer service and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Great range of products at reasonable prices. I love that they always have sales on necessities especially on pet food. I also love the click and collect option that they have. I’m a very happy customer

  Fantastic customer service! Josh went above and beyond, taking the time to explain in detail tank chemistry and which fish are suitable for my tank, water and climate. On a second visit another male staff member was just as helpful, tested my Water without charge, made recommendations on suitable products, and even advised the business price matches. 10/10 in ALL domains. Now that is how you build a relationship

  Lost a star for pricing, as it's slightly cheaper elsewhere for many items, but the difference is not large enough to be worth the drive to another store. Great service and range nonetheless. Always had friendly staff.
